OPEN RULES - PRICE SCALE
SYSTEM AND TIME CONTROL
The tournament will take 9 rounds, according to the Swiss FIDE System, from the 25th to the 31th August 2008.
The time control will be 1:30 hours for each player plus 30 additional seconds every new movement.
BYES
It will be possible to ask for resting days (byes).
The maximum is 3 byes. 0,5 points will be given with each bye.
Byes will be asked the main referee for, the day before till 6:00 p.m. There will not byes on rounds 1, 8 and 9.
SCHEDULES
Will begin at 4.30 pm (rounds 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 and 8).
Begin at 9.30 am (rounds 3, 6 and 9).
Days 27 and
29 double round.
PLAYING PLACE
The tournament will be hold in Centro de Mayores Voluntarios
C/ Maestro Palau, 15 bajo. Mislata - Valencia - Spain

Rewards will be indivisible and no accumulative.
There will be gifts for all the players that attend the delivery of rewards. It will take palce on the 31 th August at 14:30 h., that is, around 30 minutes after the last round is finished.
