OPEN RULES - PRICE SCALE PLAYING SYSTEM
9 rounds will be played from 15th until 21nd August 2011.
Playing system will be 90 min + 30 sec per mov in the Open Tournaments (Opens A, B and C).
in the Masters Tournament.
BYES
It will be possible to ask for resting days (byes). The maximum is 3 byes. 0,5 points will be given with each bye. Byes will be asked the main referee for, the day before till 6:00 p.m. in the evenings rounds or till 11.00 a.m. in the morning rounds. There will not byes on rounds 1, 8 and 9.
TIMETABLE
Games will start at 4:30 p.m. (rounds 1,3,4,6, 7 and 8) and at 9:30 a.m. (rounds 2, 5 and 9). 16 th and 18 th will be the double-round days.
PLAYING PLACE
The tournament will be hold in Centro Maestro Palau
Racó Riu palancia. Mislata - Valencia - Spain

Buses: E.M.T: Lines 7 and 29.C.V.T: Line Valencia– Manises.
Underground: Line 3. “Mislata” and “Almacil” stops.

>16 and < 65 years old: 20 €
OPEN TOURNAMENTS
Tournament A: Players with more than 2099 ELO Fide
Tournament B: Players between 2099 and 1900ELO Fide
Tournament
C: Players with less than 1900 ELO Fide
Players are allowed to entry a Tournament Higher to their ELO FIDE. Players are not allowed to entry a Tournament Lower to their ELOFIDE. Non-ELO players are allowed to choose the Tournament they prefer.

There will be gifts for all participants to attend the awards ceremony (day 21 at 14:00) and will be drawn between those who have not earned award three vouchers of € 100 in chess material.
Can not participate in any tournament player who is not federated.
For matters not provided in these rules the tournament will be governed by the rules of FIDE.
Subject to admission.
Participation in the tournament will mean the total acceptance of the rules.
